Guimaraes locates at the north of Portugal and also the birthplace of Portugal – Aqui Nasceu de Portugal. It is one of the greenest city with many public park, green grasses, the trees along the street, and pedestrian way. Along the apartment where I stay to university of minho, there is a small park with well organized. During the weekend, parents take their kids to play and people do picnic in summer. People walk their dog even at nighttime. Sometime, there are students doing exercise with their uniform.

There are five impressive benches. The bench in round shape puts around the tree. But, is it lack of people interact? Because when they sit they look away from each other from aside to another side!
Small Canal
Small Canal with Water Flow
Another side, there is a canal with a very clean water flow like above. When I sit on the bench I hear the sound of water flows and the sound of the birds sing. It makes me refresh and relax a lot from working long day.
